Size Guide
Too many women still don't know their exact bra size. Good support starts with the right fit. Take a few minutes to measure yourself — it's the single most important thing you can do for everyday comfort.
How to take your measurements
Band measurement
Place the tape straight and parallel to the floor, directly under the bust. Pull firmly.
Bust measurement
Keep the tape parallel to the floor, without pulling too tight. Stand straight and measure at the fullest point of the bust.
Band size — Underbust measurement
Your underbust measurement determines the band size (the number in your size). Measure snugly under the bust.
| Size | Measurement (cm) |
|---|---|
| 85 | 70–74 |
| 90 | 75–79 |
| 95 | 80–84 |
| 100 | 85–89 |
| 105 | 90–94 |
| 110 | 95–99 |
| 115 | 100–104 |
Cup size — Bust measurement
Cross-reference your band size with your bust measurement to find your cup size (the letter in your size).
| Band | A | B | C | D | E | F |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 85 | 81–83 | 84–86 | 87–89 | 90–92 | 93–95 | 96–98 |
| 90 | 86–88 | 89–91 | 92–94 | 95–97 | 98–100 | 101–105 |
| 95 | 91–93 | 94–96 | 97–99 | 100–102 | 103–105 | 106–108 |
| 100 | 96–98 | 99–101 | 102–104 | 105–107 | 108–110 | 111–113 |
| 105 | 101–103 | 104–106 | 107–109 | 110–113 | 114–116 | 117–119 |
| 110 | 109–111 | 112–114 | 115–117 | 118–120 | 121–123 | 124–126 |
| 115 | 114–116 | 117–119 | 120–122 | 123–125 | 126–128 | 129–131 |
Sister sizes
If your usual size doesn't feel quite right, try a sister size. Go up one band size and down one cup — or the reverse.
| Cup A | Cup B | Cup C | Cup D | Cup E | Cup F |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 85 A | 85 B | 85 C | 85 D | 85 E | 85 F |
| 90 A | 90 B | 90 C | 90 D | 90 E | 90 F |
| 95 A | 95 B | 95 C | 95 D | 95 E | 95 F |
| 100 B | 100 C | 100 D | 100 E | 100 F | |
| 105 B | 105 C | 105 D | 105 E | 105 F | |
| 110 B | 110 C | 110 D | 110 E | 110 F | |
| 115 C | 115 D | 115 E | 115 F |
Example: if you wear a 90C and the band feels too tight, try a 95B. If it feels too loose, try an 85D.
Check your fit
Three things to check when trying on a bra:
The band
The band should sit level across the back without riding up. You should be able to slide two fingers under it — no more.
The gore
The centre piece (between the cups) should lie flat against the sternum. If it lifts away, the cup is too small.
The cups
The breast should fill the cup without spilling over or leaving wrinkles. Wrinkled fabric means the cup is too large; spillage means it's too small.
